MUAY THAI
Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Referred to as the ‘art of eight limbs’, Learn to use your fists, elbows, knees and shins to form one of the most effective form of martial arts in the world.

JU-JITSU
Ju-Jitsu is a defensive art, which uses joint locks, throws and strikes to defend from different attacks. We teach a modern form of Ju-Jitsu, adapted to take into account the sort of self-defence situations you might find yourself in today.

BOXING
Boxing is a high intensity total body workout that improves your agility, endurance, strength and speed. Get started with putting on wraps, stance and footwork, then move on to learn how to shadow-box, skipping, pad-work combinations like the pros.
